My passion for health and fitness started soon after I moved to Northumbria University to study Physiotherapy. While I always played competitive football, due to the demanding nature of the degree, I simply could not find the time to commit. My only option was to use the University gym which stayed open late every night.

It was love at first lift. Fitness modelling is where it all started. I won competitions in Belfast and London, then travelled to New York City to earn my Pro Card.

At this point, I knew I was born to make a career in this industry and change lives. More importantly however, I wanted to help other people find their own passion for fitness.







Personal Journey

In the snapshot captured nearly seven years ago, I found myself immersed in a relentless pursuit of success, investing over 70 hours a week in building an extraordinary business and acquiring my dream car, an Audi R8. However, amidst this whirlwind, I unknowingly lost sight of my true identity. In my quest for monetary gains and accomplishments, I compromised my core values.

Perhaps you can relate, for we have all experienced moments like these at some point in our lives. It may be that you find yourself in a similar situation right now—whether due to a hectic lifestyle or prioritising the needs of others above your own. Rest assured, this is a common occurrence. Yet, remember that remaining in such a state is a conscious choice.

When we fail to become the best version of ourselves, every aspect of our lives feels the impact. Our relationships suffer, our friendships may waver, our businesses encounter challenges, and above all, our own well-being becomes compromised.

Looking back on that particular image serves as a poignant reminder that external appearances mean little if we cannot master our inner world.
